All u need:

GTA San Andrea's on ure PC
SA-MP requires GTA:SA (DVD game for PC) v1.00 US/EU.
Version 2.0 of the DVD version can be downgraded to 1.0 using a third-party patch.
The Steam and Direct2Drive versions of GTA:SA are not currently supported and cannot be downgraded
then got to
http://www.sa-mp.com
u need to download SA-MP 0.3a Client
Install it on ure PC in the GTA map
start the program and AD our server ip
make the Touturial and read information on the forum and u are ready to go
